How does it work?

Our unique and easy to use service allows shoppers from outside the United States to receive purchases made from U.S. stores on our site. Just simply use our warehouse address in the United States at checkout as the shipping address when you purchase an item.

After we receive your purchase at our warehouse we prepare the necessary international shipping documents and ship your purchase to you usually within 24 hours after we receive it. We notify you be e-mail that your purchase is ready to be shipped from our warehouse and request payment for shipping charges. Once shipping charges are paid we notify you of expected delivery date, shipper used.

How much does it cost? charge a handling fee of $3 U.S. for every package we ship, plus the international shipping rate based on the shippers published rates. Check rates based on weight and country here.

How is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charge twice:

– Once by the store for the items purchased from that store (including shipping to our warehouse).

– Once by for a handling, insurance and international shipping charges. When your purchase is received at out warehouse you receive two emails from us. The first email notifying you your purchase has arrived and a second usually a day after notifying you it is ready to be shipped. You will be directed to page with shipment details where you will complete payment for shipment costs. Your purchases are then immediately shipped to you where ever in the world you are.

What kinds of products can I purchase and have delivered?

Any product that can legally be delivered from the United States to your country. Check list of guidelines.

Are there any restricted products that cannot be shipped to my country?

If I make more than one purchase can they be consolidated into one package or fewer packages to save shipping cost?

Yes, we can bundle multiple packages into one or as few as possible. There is a small handling charge for consolitating packages. As an example if we receive 4 packages for you we would consolidate (bundle) the 4 packages into one saving up to 80% off if packages were not consolidated (bundled).

Can a large item like a Stove or refrigerator be delivered?

Yes, we have shippers that will handle large items. Note, these items will generally take longer to deliver because they are usually shipper by sea.

Do I have to shop at stores on this site to use site and get US address?

Depending on your country it will take from about 5 to 30 days for delivery from our warehouse. The longer time period is for shipping larger purchases by sea. Most purchases are delivered within 5 days.
